With all of the rain the past two days, it was the perfect time for our Fall Garden Party!! We had a lot of workers show up, and they all did a great job, young and not-so-young!! We got six beds of corn stalks pulled, one large bed of peanuts dug and stripped of the peanuts...getting FOUR 5-gallon buckets of beautiful peanuts!!! We got two 5-gallon buckets of peppers picked, and lots of cleaning and raking done! And, of course, there were bottles of Halloween bubbles for the kids, and snacks to share with everyone! The perfect family community garden evening together!! Thanks everyone!!!
